Everybody likes
ice-cream, dessert. Mangalore’s most famous ice-cream
is a “Gadbad”. It is made up of mix flavor of
fruits and ice-cream. It is decorated and presented in a tall
jug shaped glass, one layer of strawberry ice-cream, a thin
layer of jelly and some dry-fruits. It is too tasty to eat.
